Birmingham Councillors Visit Fireside

Councillor John Lines (Cabinet Member, Housing) and  Councillor Emily Cox (Scrutiny Committee Chairperson) visited the Fireside Charity on Tuesday 31st July 2007 to look at the facilities, meet the staff and have lunch with some of the users at Fireside's drop-in centre, where they sampled our famous Hotpot.   Fireside receives funding from the City Council, and both Councillors were satisfied that we are spending the City's money wisely and effectively following their site visit.
